132 South Main Street, also known as 'South Block,' is a contemporary downtown mixed-use urban development consisting of ground floor commercial space and five stories with 69 small, but high-quality studio apartments primarily for singles or couples--a familial demographic that is increasing rapidly in the Upper Valley.

The building is one of only a few mid-rise, multi-family housing structures in the area. It caters to those individuals wanting a more urban, socially interactive environment, with pedestrian access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and other public amenities, with a minimum of dwelling upkeep.
