Parkhurst

This Twin Pines Housing project provides permanent supportive housing for the chronically homeless or for extremely low-income residents needing enhanced case management services provided by the Upper Valley Haven. Improvements to this 18 unit, 150-year-old former Lebanon Mills tenement building included water, sprinkler, mechanical, energy efficiency and structural system upgrades as well as new roof, siding, windows, flooring, light fixtures, bathrooms, appliances and accessibility features. Primary funding was provided through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, National Housing Trust Fund, Community Loan Fund and several private donors.

Crafts Hill

This mid 1970's era, 100-unit building complex received funding through the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development program's Multi-Family Housing Preservation and Revitalization Restructuring Program. The property was acquired by Twin Pines Housing in 2015, when the federal rental subsidies were at risk of being lost. Renovations include: replacing the heating and electrical systems, upgrading interior finishes, providing accessible units and improving the building envelope with new windows, insulation and air sealing.
